[Az-Geocaching] Man Allegedly Uses GPS To Stalk Ex-Girlfriend

Just a GPSr would not give him up-to-date locations on the fly
(without downloading the track) so it must have been GPS combined with
a location transmitter.

Hams have been able to do this using APRS technology for several years
now. Altho' stalking is stalking, no matter how it is done.

If it were me, he'd have that GPSr crammed up....well, never mind!
