[Az-Geocaching] Geocaching permit

I was just chatting with Scott (Team MyBlueHeaven) in Tucson in the 
azgeocaching chat room and we were talking about GC#'s. I was wondering if 
GCGRTW was available. I thought that would be great for my cache! But, 
unfortunately, it is already being used.
