A Thought about Regulars,

I went to revisit Team Evil Fish's Nearly in Harmony, which by all means has
been raided by the regulars and I think on a regular basis they do trade
items and it pretty well sits right there, yes the container has changed
over the original but the cache sit in the same spot as when it was
placed... That being said I feel that you should just replace the cache in
the same spot...the being spotted by people in the park happens with all
caches at one time or another..
