To all potential geocaching Mars enthusiasts,
A followup to my message yesterday for folks in Tucson, here is some info
on what the Flandrau Science Center and Planetarium is planning as well as
the Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association (TAAA). This is from the "Lo Que
Pasa", a staff oriented news service:

Mars Invades Flandrau Science Center
Flandrau Science Center has special exhibits, planetarium
presentations, telescope viewing, and the 'MarsQuest' Planetarium Show coming
up to celebrate the closest approach of Mars to Earth in 60,000 years.
The events begin with special Saturdays at Flandrau from Aug. 16
through Sept. 27 and special telescope viewing (weather permitting) with the
Tucson Amateur Astronomy Association on the UA mall from Aug. 27-30 and on
selected weekends in the fall. Go to the News Services web site at
http://uanews.org for more information.
