Scott,

    I think you did the right thing by reporting the possible violation. If
we do not police ourselves then we can expect to have more problems. The
constant theme of the recent geocache meeting among the various land
managers was to get permission when placing caches and to follow our own
rules. As far as having two of your finds deleted seems a small price to pay
for doing the right thing.
