Hey Larry,

I got some land up in Canada I will sell to you for pennies on the dollar! 
Really nice views. Quite. Great weather (in the summertime anyways!). How 
bout it, I am sure there are plenty of caches to be had up there to keep you 
busy while we try to catch up to ya'! :)  ;)
