Messagewow sorry to hear that Steve guess I have been pretty lucky out =
of the 47 I have hidden only 5 have had to be archived.... of which 3 =
have came up missing. One just bombed and the other (the quilt) was just =
over.
I hope the Cache Gods look more favorable on the future caches you hide

Subject: [Az-Geocaching] Rant
"Horseplay" (GC6614) has been archived. I went out to check it this =
afternoon in response to Frobro Goose's "not found" of the other day. =
It's gone.
It seems as though few geocachers are willing to brave the heat, but =
it doesn't even slow down the Visigoths of Cache Plundering. We've =
placed nine caches in Arizona this year, and have now had to archive =
four of them. Maybe we just don't know what we're doing when it comes to =
placement. Maybe it's just bad cache-placing karma. But it doesn't do =
anything for our motivation to place more.
Say what you may about virtuals, the odds are that if you get to the =
right place they will be there. I wonder how many more caches we could =
have found in the time we've spent running down our caches that have =
gone missing? It may be a long time before we place another cache in the =
Valley that isn't a virtual.
</rant>
