That ability hasbeen there from the beginning (I believe). Just click on the
heading. I think any column can be sorted by clicking on the heading.
Clicking the same heading again reverses the sort order.

Now.... The hardest Terrain or hardest Difficulty average was obtained by
teams that found 1 cache. A single cache found rated at a 5 makes their
average a - 5! They're good!  (Just had to say something) :-)

Here's something else to do in your spare time....   How about coding in
the ability to sort by T and D scores and averages.  Then we can see who
has real standards and understands that quality is superior to quantity.
