Trisha and all,

Speaking of SNOW... I have a question....

Do all the forest routes in the high country (like Mogollon Rim and Show Low
area, etc) literally CLOSE during the winter? Or do they simply not maintain
them? Snow, nor sleet, nor hail, nor any weather phenom will keep me from
caching! I would like to get up to the high country yet and do some caching.
I go to ALBQ often as well and would like to be able to get a few caches
while going thru Show Low and Pinetop areas.

I wonder what the condition of the forest roads are like in the winter? If
there is no snow on the ground (inbetween snows) are the roads passable or
do they stay really muddy all winter long?

Thanks!

Scott
