  Subject: [Az-Geocaching] Groundhog Day

I am pleased to announce that Scott Wood of the US Forest Service has =
graciously offered to provide an all-day training session expressly for =
Arizona Geocachers on Sunday, February 2, 2003. The training will enable =
us to become more sensitive to and aware of the presence of historical =
and archaeological sites in Arizona.

The training will commence PROMPTLY at 9 AM at the Cave Creek Ranger =
Station, 40202 North Cave Creek Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85262 =
(approximately N 33=B0 51.015=B4 W 111=B0 50.005). Participants should =
bring note-taking equipment, lunch, water, and dress and gear =
appropriate for spending a fair portion of the day outdoors. In the =
unlikely event of bad weather, the training will be rescheduled. The =
training will conclude at approximately 4 PM. There is no charge.

Enrollment will be limited to the first 18 people who sign up with me =
(Judi and I make 20), although I will maintain a waiting list. Please =
direct any questions to me, and if I don't have the answer I will =
forward them to Scott.

Because it is limited enrollment, there will be no event cache.
  Steve
