[Az-Geocaching] state trust land permits

We got our state trust land permit through the mail.  Only took about a week
for them to send us the form, send it back to them with payment and receive
it back signed and dated.  All we did was make a call to them and they were
happy to send it.

Can you just go down to the office on Adams and get a permit, or does it
take days for the application to be approved/processed?
