I still say that it's stupid.  Instead of F***ing with the clock, the govt
could simply tell business to change the time they come in and leave,  it
doesn't make sense to screw up everyone just to change the behavior or some
people.  The govt is the biggest employer of people in the world, just tell
them "Next week we are coming into work at 6 instead of 7" and vise versa.

I would also say that if it takes that long to explain that its not a good
enough reason :)

While I was in california I hated the beginning of winter with the change,
that ment that the sun didn't set until almost 10pm.  That totally screwed
up my sleep habits and probably caused me to use a whole lot more energy
doing things slowly because of lack of sleep.
