[Az-Geocaching] Mini-"Wyle E" has started its journey

We're honored to have Mini-"Wyle E" visiting the Arizona caches. Thanks
Jerry and the other members of Cache-Quest for creating this traveler.

As soon as I see him appear in a cache we haven't yet visited, we'll try to
go snag it right away and move to another AZ cache.

Its goal is to visit 100 different Arizona geocaches and it started it
journey in Arizona's most visited cache - Canal Cache!
