Maybe somebody saw it (it was immediately off the road!) and either stole it, or removed it thinking it was trash. Maybe the work-release jail folks who clean up the highways removed it, maybe the Forest Service removed it....maybe the "adopt a highway" person in charge of that stretch of road removed it....maybe...maybe....did the person reporting it as removed on the log simply not find it, or did they remove it? Maybe the owner removed it....(Teri, are you the owner?) which is certainly their perogative. Hmmmm......so many possibilities, so little time.

But, I have to admit, I, like Bob, am curious as to why.....that's just human nature.

I re-read the rules for Geocaching, and I can't find anywhere in the rules
where it states that you have to give a reason when archiving a cache.
Maybe they just don't like Geocaching anymore and want to get out of it...
