[Az-Geocaching] New Cache!!!

WOW....I checked out the area on my map....would love to try this one but
looked to technical for me! Should this be rated a "5" since special
equipment/skills are needed? (River raft, equipment to safely ford the river
if you try on foot, etc?) Just curious and trying to learn how the rating
system works.....
