celebrate the splendor of the great Phoenix Outdoors and National Public 
Lands Day at the 2007 Phoenix Outdoor Recreation Festival.  The purpose of 
this event is to raise awareness of Arizona's natural resources, promote 
stewardship in our public lands, encourage healthy and nutritious choices,
