I didn't rush out to by new hardware so I could do Whereigos, and I'm not going to buy new hardware so I can find three measly CHIRP caches in Oracle/Marana. :-D
We have seen the 'success' of the Wherigo type, and I believe the CHIRP is destined to be a similar miserable failure. :-(
A nice ploy by Garmin to try to sell more units in bad economic conditions, though.
I could be wrong, though...it happened once before. :-[
Just list them as Mysteries, so I can ignore them as fast as you place them. (or maybe...?) :-X
Ya know, like, I'm just sayin'... O:-)

What you are saying is putting thoughts into the minds of others, not a good idea.  Time to update to a Garmin 62S, do without a few beers a week to finance it!!  Winking smile

The first one in the state (Prescott/Prescott Valley) was stolen after two finds.
It was hidden at the peak of a ramada, and required a ladder to get to it.

My Magellan(s) (obviously) can't receive the chirp signals.
If you properly list them as Mystery caches so we (those of us who can't receive the chirp signal) can properly ignore them, then all will be well.

If you waste people's time on a cache they can't complete, then your little devil-capsules might also 'go missing'.
Not that I would ever consider removing one, I'm just sayin'...

Don't know about the Queen Creek area but here in Tucson I know of at least a dozen with more coming on board buying the Garmin 62S/62ST, great units.  The Oregon is out there also.

There are 3 Chirp caches in our area now with more to come.

Would be interested in how many people in the area have GPS recievers that can access the Garmin chirp.  I have ordered a couple of them and intend to try to be creative in their use.
