Mapquest I don't know about. It's a little hidden Google Earth, but Lazy K uncovered it a while back.
 
Open Google Earth, go to File, Open.... Click on the "Files of Type" dropdown, and select "GPS (*.gpx, *.loc)". Then browse to your file and it'll open right up in Google Earth.

Right....I can get the points I want, but I want to be able to pull up all the points in my gpx file into Mapquest or Google Earth or something so that I can plan my route and see them visually.  It sounded like someone had a way to do that last week, but I don't remember who it was!

If you’re a premium member, Crystal, you can create PocketQueries on gc.com.  That gives you a file that contains cache waypoints and logs that meet the criteria you set in the query.  Is that what you mean?
