1972 was the year the last refinery was built. That's why we need the one just outside of Tacna for Arizona. Arizona Clean Fuels is doing the permitting but will need some deep pockets to finance. Crude coming from Mexico with a deal 20% of processed fuel goes back to Mexico. There was a group from Yuma who apposed it but most of the farmers were for it and it was right in their back yard. We need this!!
