Who knows.  YCSO might be game for it, near the Lockwood station, but downtown wouldn't work.  Too many transient-types and most of all, drunk and unruly indians from the Crow Res to the southeast that would cause much more problem than they're worth.  The PD is in the City Hall building, but perhaps I'll come up with something.
