The problem is with the length of the link.  It wraps so much that your mail program doesn’t realize the third line is a link and breaks it.  Whenever gc.com links are posted, you need to copy the first two lines, paste them into your browser, then copy the third line and append it to the end of what is already in the address bar of your browser.  The links will work after that.
