Jeez he could've definatly gotten ahold of one of the 4 wheeling groups and saved some $$. The AZ Virtual Jeep Club would've helped out in a pinch and they're damn fast at mobilizing. I've heard of the Rough Riders before as well and they're a great group. You would need special equipment to do that kind of retrieval and the 4X4 clubs are experienced in that kind of thing as it happens all the time. Depending on how much fluid has leaked out of the vehicle environmental cleanup has to be done also. I am sure the Tucson Rough Riders would be willing to help.
