There are some folks who think that because a cache isnt to their liking, it needs to be removed. That everyone needs to play THEIR way or not at all. It's your cache. It's your fun too. If you like it, if you maintain it, if it fits the geocaching guidelines, then have at it. Play the game/ sport/ hobby your way. Lots of other folks obviously enjoyed your cache. Dont let the one grump force you to change your way of geocaching. It has been muggled a couple of times. Recently someone suggest that I archive it. The reason was that "a restaurant parking lot was not a good place for a cache." They went on to tell me that there were many scenic places in the Tonto forest to place a cache. I would love to be able to have caches that are out in great scenic areas but I have a full time job and cannot always get out to those types of places and therefore could not maintain them properly. I also think that this cache location was a great idea. I have had a lot of positive feedback but this was the first negative comment and I guess I was kind of hurt. I responded that I was going to look for a more secure area at the same location and this was when they suggested the forest cache. So my question to you all is this. Are these types of locations good......or bad? Shall I archive it as suggested....or get more creative and find another place at the same location??
