It ** SHOULD ** have no affect on
Geocaching. After all, you’re always supposed to make sure you have
adequate permission to place a cache. If you have permission, it’s not
vandalism.
Additionally, there is a rule banning
geocaches within close proximity (generally 150 ft) from railroad tracks.
