Mark, I think what you propose has a lot of value. The AZ topo seems to be off on the location of waypoints/caches when compared to the Garmin Topo 2008. The AZ topo is more detailed but I think the Topo 2008 is good also. I do a lot of back country driving and have quite a few trails/tracks saved for future use. If someone is willing to develop an overlay that can be used so I don't have to download the tracks all the time that would be very helpful. I would be willing to provide as much data as I can for the overlay if that will help. Go for it!
