Was up the road from the gate yesterday doing another cache. We've had quite a bit of rain this year and the road is pretty washed out in spots. If you are driving a sedan type, definately leave it at the gate and walk in. Actually, would take a look at the topo maps, find the wash leading upstream to the cache that is west of the gate parking area, find a road side pull out and trudge up the wash. regards, team doublebogie6 On Sun, Mar 16, 2008 at 12:04 PM, Mark, Johnny, & Joaquin < flag.mtn.hkrs@gmail.com> wrote: > We are quickly approaching the 1000 club and want to make Geocache > (GC57) http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=87 our 1000th. > > We are heading down to the valley on Wednesday and are looking to walk > to the cache and pick it up before we head back to the hills.
