He is a paid employee at GC.com and does NOT have the GC community as his main concern. I ran afoul of him when I wanted to "unarchive" a cache so I could adopt it. He said flat out NO and would not listen to any kind of reason. I, personally, don't have any use for him and will not as headquarters for anything that involves him. Just MHO your mileage may vary.
