Sounds like a db problem, but that's based on limited programming knowledge.  In other words, the files that store the information either aren't able to receive the info due to a break in the code, or they can't figure out what to do with the data they have, due to a break in the code.  I can only imagine that this will affect approval of my new cache submissions for today.

Anyone have any idea what all this stuff below
