Wait, I think I know what the problem is, and it's unrelated to the proxy.  It looks like this occurs ONLY when I'm sending mail from the Cox webmail.  I notice it on my replies today, as well as several days ago.

I believe I know the source of the problem, and hopefully I'll have it fixed in the morning.  My e-mail scanning had a proxy failure and fubar'd my e-mail.  We'll see what happens in the am.
