Ok, so a simple request was blown WAAAAAAY out of
proportion. CO Admin didn't say that he wouldn't approve the event cache
if that wasn't included, but just mentioned it in a polite way.
As I've said before, this approver seems to be
pretty cool, and is fairly quick on approving caches and working with cachers
on caches for approval.
