So who put 36 caches as member's only caches? Here we are at 195 caches, so close to the 2 century mark, and now we've dropped to 159. Is it time to play "find the missing caches?"

Yikes.  A few days ago, I had 19 out of state finds, with the 424 in-state finds.  Suddenly, a portion of Arizona appears to have been annexed to another state as 51 caches now appear OOS.  Any ideas?
