of course not....I told them about that....
 
That bring me to something I ran across today when doing a couple cache in Tucson while waiting for the pup to have surgery.... what about caches hidden in thing you have to pay for in order to log the find....to me those would be commercial  also... just a thought

I have a virtual cache out at the Arcosanti  (future city)http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?ID=31275  , and way I was contacted by them today and they were really happy about the cache being there and wanted to know if it was ok with me for them to do a real cache....  of course I said great go for it.... 
 
I hope they don't locate it at a place where you have to pay their admission in order to get to it. THAT would be a commercial cache.
