13-1503. Criminal trespass in the second degree; classification
A. A person commits criminal trespass in the second degree by knowingly entering or remaining unlawfully in or on any nonresidential structure or in any fenced commercial yard.
B. Criminal trespass in the second degree is a class 2 misdemeanor.
The fact that the signs were posted makes anyone logging finds guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. Cache Ya Later choosing to ignore this, as well as their CC&Rs appears to indicate that they have little regard for rules/laws which govern behavior in order to prevent crimes such as vandalism, even the rules of Geocaching.
