I need your help for a contact name / e-mail or phone number at Magellan. I want to communicate with an ACTUAL person and not someone in India and their Customer NO Service department. Without going into the whole 5 month story, I have had many issues with my Magellan Explorist XL. When it works, it is Fabulous. Otherwise it is hardly a pretty paperweight. Anticipating some of your questions: I have sent it in 2 times already. The first time it was in the return mail 20 hours after I received it. 1 return was a refurbished model which in turn now prevents the original dealer from accepting it on behalf of Magellan. Magellan has had it either in their possession/shipping process: 55+/- days I have had a useable product in my possession: 45+/- days Please offer any help you can. I am making one last attempt a owning a quality, dependable product. After this, a no holds barred review will be posted on our forums, websites and listserv. Respectfully, CachingCop aka Joe Geremia
