aka CO Admin  (and other aliases) former reviewer for our area, and 
currently serving the frog under some title I can't remember, but it was 
something like 'public relations administrator'.
There was a recent thread regarding his denial for an adoption of an 
archived cache, and he put a hex on it to stop any other reviewer from 
un-archiving it.
