THis is a nice site and a cool idea. Only real constructive criticism i have is about the uploader software being windows-centric. Coming from a Mac-only (or unix) household it would have been nice to see a Mac or unix alternative to the windows uploader software - but doesnt really look like this is necessary just a convenience.
