I have two lever action guns similar to the model you have, and I love them both (yes I love my guns, like pets). one is like yours, chambered in 30-30, the other is a 45-70. I have been able to shoot a pre-64 like yours and not only are they beautiful rifles they shoot nice as well. If I had to guess the value, I would put it between 500 and 1200 depending on condition and the person buying it. I am going to look more into the values tomorrow Cameron ---Original Message----- From: connie stahlman To: az-geocaching@listserv.azgeocaching.com Sent: Thu, 31 Mar 2005 15:45:44 -0800 (PST) Subject: [Az-Geocaching] winchester- I see that some of you are interested in guns so will pose my question here first. I have my dad's Winchester 94 rifle 30 W.C.F. serial 1192963 and wonder what someone can tell me about it. Near as I can recall he got it perhaps in the early 1940s. But that is just a quess. Hey I was just a wee baby then! I am trying to decide whether to sell or keep it- It was my dads favorite out of all his guns - but that is all I know about it. Appreciate any help-- ____________________________________________________________ Az-Geocaching mailing list listserv@azgeocaching.com To edit your setting, subscribe or unsubscribe visit: http://listserv.azgeocaching.com/mailman/listinfo/az-geocaching Arizona's Geocaching Resource http://www.azgeocaching.com
