Geocaching has been banned in all ".lands owned or leased by the US Fish and
Wildlife Service." (USFWS). This includes all National Wildlife Refuges
(NWR). They seem pretty antagonistic about things, too. If I owned a cache
in an NWR, I'd probably want to remove and archive it ASAP.
