Looks like Matey, the Pirate (Morty!?) was a little late getting to The Miner's Rest!  Someone had already plundered The Miner's Rest back in April.  I logged a report about the cache being plundered by someone who wrote: "You've been geo-snatched by Team Katty Wampus!  Sucker!"

Fortunately, the cache has been restored by thoughtful cachers such as Team C.H.U.M.P., Team Roping The Wind, Evil Fish, the cache owner (Geo Monkees) and others who contributed.

Hopefully, Matey will just rest his weary bones, leave the old miners alone and move on in his travels.  [:)]
