RE: Bulldon Canyon permits:

The forest service office is no longer on MacDonald St. in Mesa.  The office moved about a month or so ago to a new location at: 5140 E. Ingram St, Mesa, AZ 85205.  Phone: (480) 610-3300.

No reason not to pick up the permit. It is free and you just have to go down to the forest service office in Mesa to get one.

No permit is required for foot travel into Bulldog Canyon.
