I live just up the street from the cache and pass it almost daily.  I presume the photo is a restaurant.  I can assure you the cache site hasn't changed that drastically!  [;)]   

I was driving by the cache this evening and saw a couple guys heading toward the site.  I pulled into the lot and decided to check them out and introduce myself.  It turned out to be someone from 2danghot (who had already found the cache on the 14th) and a friend who he was showing the cache to.   

I did happen to check on the cache and everything is okay!  [:D]
