People can still camp at fee-designated campgrounds within the Bradshaw District; Granite Basin Group, Lynx Lake, Groom Greek Horse Camp, Yavapai, Lower Wolf Creek, Upper Wolf Creek, Hilltop, Turney Gulch and Hazlett Hollow. The Indian Creek and White Spar Campgrounds are closed until further notice. Visitors can still enjoy dispersed camping on the Chino Valley and Verde Ranger Districts. The Prescott National Forest and all cooperative agencies are asking for the publics continued support when visiting your National Forest and public lands. Before leaving your home, please make inquires to the current restrictions in place to the area you wish to visit. Currently, the entire Indian Fire area is closed for public safety reasons. Due to the dangerous conditions (falling trees, areas still burning, stump holes, rolling material, and other hazards) within the perimeter of the Indian Fire, it is necessary to prohibit entry by the public. Otherwise, the forest is accessible for day use....
