Question is for Team Imperial Eagle, but if anyone else knows...
 
Regarding the Geo Rally on April 20th, wondering at about
what time the rally is thought to begin?  And possibly how
long the rally might last?  For all cachers?  e.g. Adults? Adults 
and kids?  Should I stock up on Happy Meal toys now?
 
Just wondering, primarily the first two questions...
