I know it's not cheap. If needed, we may try for a smaller houseboat (but that also means fewer people). We'll need some type of tag along boat. We need something to get around the lake (to the caches) and canyons to explore in. You can't take the large houseboat everywhere. You usually take the houseboat to where you want to spend the night, then use the tag along for exploring and fun. Speedboat isn't quite the proper description, but it is fast enough to have fun in. The power boat only costs about $30 a day per person. We'll keep you informed of details. Start saving your pennies (okay - dollars). You've got 7 months to plan!
