The mailing list doesn't support sending anything to the address 
az-geocaching-request@listserv.azgeocaching.com

Everything is web based.  Just login to the webpage at the bottom of 
this, or any message on this mailing list and you will get a webpage 
with instructions to unsubscribe (or edit your settings).  Just have the 
password that was sent in your monthy reminder ready, then login, check 
off "I really want up unsubscribe" and click "unsubscribe".  You will be 
instantly removed.  The only other email yu will ever receive from us is 
an email verifying that you have been unsubscribed.
