Urban caches are the ones I can get to most easily. So please don't archive it or move it! And whoever suggested that the Tonto forest is the way to go can go hang. They're lucky they can hike to get to caches! Thank you for putting a cache where I can find it! -----Original Message----- From: az-geocaching-bounces@listserv.azgeocaching.com [mailto:az-geocaching-bounces@listserv.azgeocaching.com] On Behalf Of Ellvira Sent: Saturday, December 20, 2008 1:15 PM To: az-geocaching@listserv.azgeocaching.com Subject: [Az-Geocaching] Good or bad location I have a cache at the Organ Stop Restaurant which is not just a restaurant but a wonderful place to take your family for an enjoyable adventure. It has been muggled a couple of times. Recently someone suggest that I archive it. The reason was that "a restaurant parking lot was not a good place for a cache." They went on to tell me that there were many scenic places in the Tonto forest to place a cache. I would love to be able to have caches that are out in great scenic areas but I have a full time job and cannot always get out to those types of places and therefore could not maintain them properly. I also think that this cache location was a great idea. I have had a lot of positive feedback but this was the first negative comment and I guess I was kind of hurt. I responded that I was going to look for a more secure area at the same location and this was when they suggested the forest cache. So my question to you all is this. Are these types of locations good......or bad? Shall I archive it as suggested....or get more creative and find another place at the same location??
