Unfortunately, as Brian/TeamAI mentioned.... the proximity of the stretch of Highway that was adopted, is near the landfill. The typical wind direction in that area (that is most consistant).... is during the morning hours and is rather strong... it blows from the East/Northeast (downslope drainage).
