I haven't been awake to find out if it's open, but I'd be glad if it was. The timing sucks for its opening, because all up along 4 Peaks Rd was where I planned to release my YJTBs. The day it closed was the day I had available to go up there. But depending on Sunday, I may jaunt up there and drop a few. Glad to know I can grab that cache though. I'd hate to leave having worked on some caches, found the coords and never found them. It's the exact reason I finally found Son of Down and Across a few weeks ago. Those coords were sitting in my hands for months before I made it back up to the Cave Creek area.
