Is a "National Monument" exactly the same as a "National Park"? As in....."Grand Canyon National Park" or "Yellowstone National Park", are these treated the same as a "National Monument" or in this case, "Coronado National Memorial"? If they are the same, shouldn't the "rules" list ALL the National categories (Parks, Monuments, etc) as off limits....or maybe it does already? I thought all it said was "National Parks". What about something like the "Cabeza NATIONAL Wildlife Refuge?" Arent there several caches in there that a bunch of teams went in and found together? Is that treated the SAME as a "National Park"? This needs clarification, I was only aware of the ban in "National Parks" and on my map the area in question (I think) says "Coronado National Memorial" NOT PARK.??
