State Trust Land requires an annual permit to access the land, which can be had for $15 (individual) or $20 (family). The cost is nothing compared to the fines for getting caught without one. The caches on State Trust Land are typically identified as such, so you have a heads up before trying for the cache. Failing to check or abide by the permit rule is at your own risk.
